Ojai Valley Community Church operates on the generosity of those who give of their time and money. In addition to staffing, facilities and daily operations, your contribution also supports OVCC’s ministries and events. All donations no matter the size are greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

Online Donations and Recurring Gifts

The easiest way to donate is by using our PayPal button. You’ll be taken to checkout through PayPal where you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information or use your PayPal account to give. Creating an account is not required. You can donate any amount as a one-time donation or as a recurring donation by checking the “Make this Recurring (Monthly)” box.

Sunday Service

We do not pass around an offering basket during service. Instead we ask that you place gifts in the form of money or checks in the wooden boxes next to the doors of the Sanctuary, either before or after service.

Ojai Valley Community Church operates on the generosity of those who give both of their time and talent.

Sunday Service Volunteers

Services simply wouldn’t happen without the gracious commitments of our volunteers. From greeters to those who serve our kids in the children’s classrooms, it is a collective effort to make sure our basic, weekly gatherings happen. If you are interested in volunteering to serve, please fill out our Volunteer Form and we will contact you.

Ways You Can Serve

  • Greet people
  • Make coffee
  • Help with parking
  • Join the band
  • Operate lighting and sound
  • Record audio podcasts
  • Create and advance slides
  • Collect / count offering
  • Assist with Community Kidz (classroom teachers and assistants)
  • Monthly Community Meals (setup, take food signups, cleanup)
  • Assist with Community Youth (leaders and volunteers)
  • Host a Community Group (host or lead a small group)
  • Help beautify the campus (grounds cleanup and gardening)
  • Assist with events (such as Easter Sunrise Service)

Non-Cash Donations

Non-cash contributions are also known as gifts in kind. They can be anything from office and kitchen supplies, computer equipment, furniture, children’s craft items and books; to assets such as stocks, real estate, and used automobiles. These types of gifts are often tax deductible.

Food Donations for CAP

Please help Ojai’s CAP (Community Assistance Program) by bringing at least one non-perishable food item or essential toiletry item with you to church each week. Drop it in the big barrel in the lobby. CAP provides basic needs and case management services for the homeless in the Ojai Valley.
